The day has finally come....THE CHALLENGE IS OUT!!!!! So come on students.... get cracking.

If you did not catch the video, the mystery object is..... a pencil !!!



You can either choose to do:

1. Share with us your ideas on how a pencil can help stimulate innovation in Malaysia

OR

2.How the pencil can help banks make your life as a student easier.

Remember...you must somehow feature the object in your video.

Anything will do... let your imagination flow, let your creativity blossom!!

What you need to do participate in GIT in Malaysia

1) Watch the winning entry from last year to understand tournament format.
2) Register to participate (Click the yellow box on the right). You must register by the 24th of October 2009.
3) Watch the GIT Malaysia 2009 challenge launch video today at 5pm on this site or our facebook group.
4) Brainstorm your solutions and then capture your ideas, or your team implementing the solution on video (3 minutes maximum)
5) Upload on youtube by 12.00mn, 26th of October (tag it with gitmy2009) and email the youtube link to us at git@alphacatalyst.com
6) Relax and wait for the results - 3rd Nov 09.
7) If you are super innovative - enjoy being a winner
8) You can submit more than one entry if you want to do so.

Note:
Remember, to qualify for the special Microsoft award of most IT savvy solution:

• Use a Microsoft software as part of the solution to the challenge.
• Solutions can be a .NET application using Visual Studio or Expressions.
• Bonus points for use of: Windows 7, Windows Live SDK, Windows Mobile & SMS Server Toolkit, Silverlight
